PLEASE DO NOT USE LAWN DOCTOR. We have had an absolutely terrible experience with this company and even worse results for our lawn. We can say without a doubt that our lawn looks significantly worse with this “service” and continues to decline in quality. All the while we have made many attempts to bring this to their attention in several different manners with little to no interest from the company or actual progress on the state of our lawn. Quite frankly these “services” have not presented any value for far too long and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

You can see the pictures attached for yourself, but this is a “service” that no one should have to endure. Feel free to take note of our neighbors’ beautiful yard while ours suffers thanks to Lawn Doctor. STAY AWAY.

UPDATE: If you and your spouse would like to receive harassing text messages on Sundays regarding services that were not performed/were unsatisfactory - call the Lawn Doctor!

Lawn doctor bought the company that used to spray our lawn. I wanted to continue the service. I was assuming it would be as great as Quick Way Spraying, but I was so disappointed. Prior to them starting to spray my lawn it was lush and green. Now it looks worse than ever. Weeds and brown patches all over my lawn.

I have to give a review of this company. I am going to start with Danielle. This lady is amazing; she will take the time to answer all your questions pleasantly. My serviceman Ramirez is amazing; he took his time to let me know that I was cutting my grass too low, that I was cutting out all the vitamins, and that my grass would burn. My grass has progressed so much that it looks amazing. I recommend this company to anyone.

I have been using the Lawn Doctor for several months and I have been very satisfied… the office staff has been very helpful and courteous and the worker in the field has been very informative about my lawn … the one time I had a concern the Lawn Doctor was quick to respond to address that concern …. Starting with my 1st phone call, I was impressed. I had a few questions regarding the process and expected outcome. It made me feel much more confident to hear, “I am not sure of the answer, but will get it and call you back”. The liquid aeration was done on the scheduled day and I received a message when everything had been completed. The billing was super easy. I will use Lawn Doctor this fall for core aeration.
