Lawn Doctor of Georgetown- Round Rock is the absolute best! Being in an HOA, our house always needed the best care for a healthy, weed-free lawn to maintain community standards. Tommy always answered our calls when that extra level of care was needed to keep up with the neighborhood guidelines, as well as achieve that green and healthy appearance. We added weed control to the flower beds, and it made all the difference for a reasonable cost. I recommend reaching out to Tommy at Lawn Doctor for an estimate of your lawn health needs. Even if you are a garden enthusiast, Tommy will handle the basics, leaving you time to focus on other aspects of your lawn's appearance.

They refused to retreat my lawn. I took this aerial photo to prove to them that their spreader did not broadcast properly. You can clearly see the path of the spreader which are the only areas that are green. Even after pointing out their "guarantee" that states they will retreat if dissatisfied, they refused. They said I had "unrealistic expectations". Terrible customer service! They blamed my mower height (1.75") as the cause instead of taking responsibility for their application. If they would look at the Texas A&M AgriLife document L-5519 on Turfgrass for Texas, they would see that 1.0 to 2.0" is the recommended mowing height for Bermudagrass. Lawn Doctor said I should be mowing at 3". They clearly didn't stand behind their guarantee and basically blamed me for their poor application.

At my request, they refunded the cost and cancelled my service.

UPDATE 6-8-23
My FIRST and ONLY application using Lawn Doctor was on 4/14/23. I had my soil tested on 6/1/23. My N-P-K numbers were all EXTREMELY low and my lawn still looked horrible (6 weeks after LD's application). I then applied PGF Complete 16-4-8 to my lawn (just ONE application) and within 5 days my entire lawn was looking green and healthy! There is NO WAY that LD's application did anything for my lawn. Anyone reading this review should avoid Lawn Doctor and instead do it yourself. McIntire's Garden Center in GTX has a great lawn care program that is easy to follow and will get you much better results. I talked with several neighbors in my area and ALL of the ones that had beautiful/healthy lawns did their own lawn care treatments. Also, go join a FB group like "Texas Lawn Care Nuts" to get help and answers. Many use reel mowers and cut their grass <1" and have golf course like lawns. Mower height wasn't the issue.

Tommy and his team take great care of my lawn. They get rid of weeds that shouldn’t be there and also take care of my rock beds to keep weeds from growing through. Highly recommended!
