It's really nice to have a local, family owned business that we can contact directly. Previously I had to reach a call center for another company that was "up north" somewhere and not aware of our South Florida climate. Speaking to a knowledgeable person was impossible. Not with the Lawn Doctor, they are always readily available via phone or in person. Great customer service:)

Unfortunately I have had ongoing issues with Lawn Doctor. We’ve used them for a few years, at two different properties and both yards are experiencing issues. I have called numerous times about this and they are non-responsive. We have also had issues with them saying they were here and completed services but the security cameras tell a different story. We will be cancelling all accounts as soon as we are actually able to get in touch with someone.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Lawn Doctor's service and overall communication. From the start, it has been nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone over the phone, which has made the process even more frustrating. Good communication is key when dealing with lawn care, and Lawn Doctor has consistently fallen short in this regard.

What’s worse is the incompetence of their technicians. Despite multiple visits, they failed to properly identify and address a chinch bug infestation in my yard. This oversight has led to significant damage that could have been avoided with prompt and effective treatment. Instead, the problem was allowed to worsen, and now I'm left with the costly burden of resodding my entire yard.

Lawn Doctor guarantees satisfaction, but they have not lived up to their promises. Their lack of communication and failure to properly care for my lawn have left me extremely disappointed. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and professional lawn care.
