I started with lawn care extraordinaire last year in Feb. the lawn wasn’t perfect but it looked decent. Now, after slowly deteriorating to the current mess, they say it’s not their issue, good luck. This is after more than $900 paid to them. I was originally told not enough water and I followed their instructions to frequency and quantity, checking water quantity with containers all around my lawn. As the weather changed, I continued to water the amounts and frequency they recommended for the time. It’s gotten so bad that I finally reached out to the owner. Apparently, this company does not care about dissatisfied customers, and instead of really finding the issue it’s better just to “part ways”.

My neighbor had a very similar experience. Beware, they don’t seem to care.

Called to have some one come out and look at my lawn to setup service as my grass is dying due to a fungi. John came out and told me my yard was fine and didn’t have a fungi. If this isn’t fungi then what would be wrong with my yard? Was ready to sign up for their service and treat asap. But he didn’t seem interested in getting me as a customer, so now I have to figure out how to save my yard from dying.

I have experienced several issues with fungus on my property. Despite an assessment visit, I was informed that there were no problems. However, I was forced to remove several dead and dying shrubs. I had subscribed to the premium tree and shrub service for approximately two years and only recently discovered the cause of the issue. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, but upon reviewing footage from my security cameras, I discovered that the service was not being performed as agreed upon.

My doorbell camera, which records continuously, captured footage of a technician spraying only the left side of my walkway and then leaving, neglecting the right side and the rest of the yard. Although my other cameras are motion-activated, it is unlikely that they all failed to detect the technician's presence, as they are sensitive enough to pick up even the slightest movement, such as a blowing plant. Furthermore, the technician would have had to walk past the continuously recording camera to access the other half of my yard and side of house, which he did not do.

With respect to the substantial foliage on my property and the considerable cost of the service ($233 per service), I have concerns regarding the frequency and thoroughness of the treatments.

When I contacted customer service to discuss this matter, I was subsequently connected to a service manager named Cathie. As I expressed my concerns and requested a refund, she abruptly informed me that "there are no refunds," despite the fact that I have video evidence demonstrating that the work was not performed adequately. In frustration, I requested that she immediately cancel my service and retain the $233 payment in frustration, as she insisted that my cameras were incorrect as if I was someone older that didn't know how technology works. Again, for clarification, my front camera continuously records and I have full video of him spraying just one side and not going back further around the house at all.

She then sent me a passive aggressive email following up and stating that she could have in-fact given me a refund (which I auto-pay on file) but she wouldn't give me one now because I told her to keep in frustration when she said they don't do refunds.

I have contracted with LCO, but not getting feedback on lawn issues. There are brown and dead grass areas in my lawn that have been acknowledged or treated. My lawn mowing service says it is being caused by cinch bugs.
In LOC's case I am not getting what I paid for.

I have been using LCO since about 2015 when we first moved to FL. They come every six weeks and charge about $150.00 for the lawn and weed control.
Several days ago, I noticed a large part of the lawn looked like it was drying out. I had just had sprinkler system tuned up, so it was in excellent working order. The LCO guy was out last week to treat the lawn. He rang my door bell and told me that part of my lawn was not getting water. The sprinkler company came out and everything checked out fine. The grass was turning yellowish brown beause it has cinch bigs. The gentleman from the sprinkler company spent a long time showing me and explaining to me what's wrong. I would think that LCO should have taken the time to investigate the issue. Do they just use one kind of spray? I was supposed to get a call back from a manager this PM but he never called. I'll post about the outcome.

I fired my last lawn care company because my lawns was filled by weeds, the grass wasn't growing, and they failed fixing the issues. After three months, Lawncare Extraordinaire has transformed my yard into plush grass! So happy I switched...

I went with this company three years ago after using true green for three years. Their rates are 50% higher than True Green‘s, and they ruined my lawn. They changed lawn technicians in my area about two years ago and my whole neighborhood complained until they brought back the old technician. By that time it was too late and for 2 years my lawn has been in a steady decline. I finally fired them . This a case where you truly do not get what you pay for.

After poor results from the big guys TG and TN I was happy to find Lawn Care Extraordinaire. Nick takes his time and makes sure everything has been taken care of. This was the first time in several years that I did not have parts of my lawn die due to misinformation from the big guys. Highly recommend
