This landscape company maintained our gated neighborhood for 3 months and it has been a complete disaster. They were always very slow to mow the lawn-every 2 1/2 or 3 weeks, so the grass was always very high. It took over 2 months for them to trim hedges. When we would send in work orders to request to mow the lawn or trim the hedges (as advised by our HOA), the company’s response was, “We have 90 days”. Well, an entire summer is 90 days. In my over 20 years of living in Florida, this is the worst landscape company I have ever had to deal with. Their lack of accountability is appalling.

This company was contracted to provide landscaping services for our community. Three months into the contract and we find out this company underestimated the work. It has been awful dealing with this company. I am paying out of pocket to mow my own grass even though HOA is supposed to take care of it.

If you want to see how bad a landscaping company can mess up a community in a short amount of time, come take a look at Highlands Reserve in Palm City. I would not hire them for a community. Learn from our mistake.
