LCI does basic landscaping work in my community as per a contract with the Board; since many residents are complaining, said contract was recently discussed to see how the service may be improved. Regardless of the meeting, the service continues to get worse - in fact, last week remains of cut grass were left all over the sidewalk and street in front of my house, ... and today, the service was not provided at all.

As a retired landscape designer LCI has done a nice job of keeping our 80 unit condominium looking attractive. Nobody is perfect but they do an overall good job and are very responsive to request and special needs such as hurricane cleanups. There are occasional mistakes but overall they have been very Quick to fix any problems.

I’ve been calling this office, making a complaint for a replacement hose and nozzle spray for over 2 months. I spoke to Ms. Jenny, she took in the complaint and my info, and stated someone will get back to me. I have yet to hear from anyone in this office or receive my replacement hose and nozzle spray.
About a little over 2 months, their employee operating the riding mower claimed to accidentally pull my hose (which was rolled up) with the mower, causing it to unroll and get damaged. He apologized and said to contact the office to let them know and that they will replace my hose and nozzle spray. As per his statement, I’ve called and called and called. I have spoken to Jenny each time I called. She tells me someone will call me back or that she will give management the message again and still no response nor has the issue been resolved. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are reckless, and obviously inconsiderate!

Lci does landscape maintenance for 75 homes in my area of fleming island plantation.Absolutely. the worst service I've ever been privy to deal with.They miss numerous areas each time they mow. Constantly changing personnel each week and running cutters so fast the grass has uneven cuts. Have been told numerous times to keep machines off pavers but do not listen.Their tire marks require at least 15 min.per week to pressure wash as simple scrub will not suffice. They are supposed to trim by the retention pond but good luck with getting that done without reminding them repeatedly. Twice managed to slide mower into water. I have been here 19 years, 18 of which were serviced by another company ,and never heard of this happening
I think this company exemplifies why you don't take the low bid without checking out reviews.
If anyone should hire this co. I highly recommend there be an explicit list of work to be done each week in detail with a weekly signoff as to work completion.That way there is a paper trail in order to hold back monies on their payments.

I have had a horrible experience with Christmas Decor (Landscape Consultants). John Spencer came out an sold us on a $5,500 Christmas lighting package and for two years now we have had nothing but trouble. They lights don't work, they blame moisture, humidity, the outlet - all of which have been checked by our landscaper, electricians at our cost. In addition we live on Ponte Vedra Blvd where most of the homes have similar lighting and are not impacted by "the moisture". We have been told by others in the field that it is a simple problem that they overload too many lights into only two outlets which they refuse to acknowledge or fix. We have only had 3 days of lights (out of 9) and of those 3 days, 2 of the days they had to come out and fix the problems after I called them. The other day my husband spent an hour figuring out which breakers went off and resetting things. The worse part is the "James" who is supposed to mange the operation is rude. He is overbearing, threatening and refused to listen to my husband explain the issue. When I asked him to take down the lights he threatened me with "Florida law" if I disputed my payment. The bottom line is that this is the second year I was duped by these people. John Spencer stood in my kitchen and swore to me that I would not have a repeat of nothing but lighting problems and now will not come to the phone to help. All I can stay is stay far away from these people.

Horrible people. Took damage to my vehicle due to their people no securing down a load at All and it several huge debris came out on the road. Called them and filed a police report. They refuse to own up to it and we are stuck paying a $1000 deductible because this company is nothing but cowards. It’s a shame they would treat veterans like this. Also Andre was a cocky and arrogant Uncle Tom.

Dominick came to my house, took measurements and emailed me a written estimate. After I called and told him I was ready to begin, he text me (would not even call me) and told me he can't do the job for the price he quoted. If you want to babysit an idiot this is the company you want to do your pavers!
