Mark and his team did an excellent job installing sod and revamping our plant beds in our back yard. I emailed Mark for a quote and within a week, he came in person to give me a detailed quote and a bunch of great ideas for how we could beautify our yard.

We recently purchased our home and the previous owners took an above ground pool out of the back yard, leaving behind a giant mud pit. I tried unsuccessfully to grow grass, which my dogs ran all over and kept destroying. Mark recommended laying down sod, which holds up better to frequent foot traffic. The sod took about a month to root but has since grown beautifully and blended in with our existing yard. He also took out a bunch of invasive plants and put in gorgeous lilies and other plants.

Mark and his team worked quickly and diligently. I was really impressed by their kindness and professionalism. I also appreciated Mark's willingness to work with our budget. I will definitely hire Mark again in the future!

I had tried to cultivate natural grass and clover for over a year in my backyard but the crabgrass was impossible to eradicate. I hired Mark and his crew and they executed a great plan and sodded beautiful soft grass that has taken really well. I’m so happy with the result! I can’t wait for them to do my front yard!

My husband and I had Mark and his awesome crew put in all-new sod in our back yard a couple of years ago. The sod that Mark chose was perfect for the well-water our sprinkler system uses and also the amount of sunlight we get. Fast forward to this summer of 2024. After Hurricane Milton, our foliage took a beating and out travelers palms and Italian cypress were heavily damaged. These were key to providing privacy in our back yard. Mark assessed the situation and replaced the Italian cypress trees (all were broken and the base) and 2 of the travelers palms that weren’t going to survive. He recommended fish-tail palms that were such a great choice! Our backyard paradise would have been lost without Mark and his team!!

Check out my husband’s review for photos (we’re both named Alex), but I wanted to add my experience as well! Mark is kind, professional, and truly cares about his work and customer service. When we first purchased our house, the entire backyard was concrete for parking, and the ground underneath when it was removed was littered with trash and sand that never looked like it would heal. Mark listened to our hopes and turned our dreams into a reality—quickly, carefully, and with a fair price. His communication is top tier, and he even followed up days & weeks after the project to check how everything was settling in the backyard and to be sure we were taking care of everything correctly. Not only that, but when he learned we opened a new coffee shop on 4th St., he came to support us and still stops every week for a coffee to say hi and spread the love. Thank you for your care & kindness, Mark! Our backyard is our favorite little oasis because of you 🙂

Look how pretty our lawn and garden is! Mark and his team did an excellent job landscaping the front, side and back of our house in the Old Northeast. Mark was easy to work with, creative and listened to our specific needs. He planted trees, gorgeous plants and new grass. Good clean up at the end. Our neighbors are even giving us compliments !
