One of my favorite places to shop! Great gifts. Gorgeous fresh flowers. Staff will put together a beautiful bouquet for you while you wait. Such a great place to get someone a nice gift or to brighten up your own home.

If you're a gardener this place has a plethora of pots. Potting soils and fertilizers. Plant and flower selection is nice. Staff helpful and knowledgeable.

Mercedes and Juan are such a treasure. Such kind and wonderful people. Sylvia and Daniele as well as others always greet customers with a smile.

I just added a photo to the google maps (why they don’t make a page that can be used by people such as me to write reviews and add photos, I have no idea. Designers and GUI ENGINEERS - take note!). Take the time to ask users and you would find out how clugey it is to use the system). Now that’s out of the way, let me comment on the Garden Center in Ladera. If this is not a national treasure then it should be! What wonderful people that own and run it and those that work with Juan and Mercedes, also. Great stock of plants, of course they buy them in, but they buy good stock and often they stay in the nursery for a week or longer, and acclimatize well for brown thumb gardener’s like me.

Please support this business - it is unique and loved by customers, and if you go there, you will too. During the early days of this virus invasion, they had to close and as a measure of people’s respect and love of the owners and this store, there were many thousands of dollars raised to support their business. Those who contributed received a personal handwritten card from Juan and Mercedes - so classy.
Enjoy it now, it’s spring time in there!

These people have no shame. Yesterday they delivered flowers ordered by our son for my wife's birthday. The dahlias were partially wilted with yellowing leaves and some kind of disease on them. Peonies were closed tight and the buds looked beat up and dirty.

I called them today and was told that peonies come from Holland and "this is not really a good time for them." When I asked why they do not tell this to people they did not explain. I actually have been to their shop and it is quite good, but it seems like they just unload old flowers to home deliveries. Shameless.

Bought a beautiful orchid there and last for a very long time. They also have great variety of plants. Many popular foliage ones hard to find in other stores.

My first visit here and they seem to sell everything for the garden. The nursery goes on forever! The gift shop is surprisingly large and everything is absolutely beautiful. The florist section is fully stocked with so many gorgeous flowers and plants. Very picturesque!

Poor return policy, they tend to have preferences on customers. Pending on who you know or are your return/exchange can be granted. Make sure you know a special someone in PV, there are better nurseries and better customer service. FYI it's just an observation but their plants, trees, and succulents tend to be on the higher side. Oh and they never call you if you special order a plant.

This is all in my experience because like I said pending on who you are or know.
