Had an emergency at my home this past weekend. Saturday morning I woke up to my yard sprinklers going full blast despite the control box being off and the breaker to the power being switched off. I was in a bind because I could not find my backflow cut off valve box. Called numerous irrigation companies but of course it being Saturday everyone was either closed or no one was answering the phone. Only solution I had was to turn the water totally off to my home until Monday when I could hopefully get someone out. Didn't want the sprinklers flooding my yard running 24/7.

Fortunately, Kilon Hamilton called be back just to see what was going on. I explained to him the situation and he informed me that yes he was technically closed but he had pulled up to his shop to work on a few things and that I was close by and he could come over and take a look for me. Long story short he had the problem solved in about 20 minutes!! Water to my annoying sprinkler system cut off while restoring water back to my home!! I couldn't be happier and not only that he was extremely professional, personable, and knew his craft 100%. In such a short time i learned a lot of things about irrigation, flow, and pressure that i didn't previously know. I am immensely grateful he not only returned my call when he didn't have to but furthermore was willing to come out and help me in my emergency situation. I would like to say that I am not advertising that he will always answer his phone when he is closed, just stating that I am so grateful he did in my particular situation! I saved his number and will be calling him for any future irrigation issues that may arise!

We had a jet pump go out and a broken foot value/seal at the bottom of the drop pipe in the well. Kilon is a true professional and up front with all possibilities. He did step by step troubleshooting and always kept us advised of his progress and timeline. His 27 years of experience is evident in his knowledge and quality of work. Had the selenoid for my front yard zone go out, after installing new sod. Called Kilon on Saturday and he was at my house on Tuesday to find the valve box with his locator (was buried under mulch and roots) and replace the selenoid. Saved my sod! Reasonable pricing too…highly recommended!

Kilon saved me lots of money by saving my well. Our sprinkler system's wasn't working and it turned out the well was clogged. Also the foot valve at the bottom of our well was stuck. Kilon work 4 days trying to unseat that valve. If not, I would be forced to have a whole new well dug. His persistence paid off. He finally raised everything from the bottom of the well, put all new parts on, and then got the rest of my sprinkler system working. Even with all the extra time he spent he didn't charge me any extra from the original estimate. Another nice thing is one of my next door neighbors saw his truck and let me know he fixed their irrigation system and was very happy with his work.

My irrigation system had a cracked PVC piped under the concrete driveway within 6 inches of the foundation at a 27 feet long area. We thought he would have to cut the concrete to find the crack. Luckily Kilon was able repair it by sleeving a new 28' PVC pipe in place. No concrete cutting was needed. The irrigation system works perfect now. The price was then dropped for this estimate.
Great service, knowledge, experience, I highly recommend Kilon.

I totally disagree with Mike Sierocki's ridiculous and self serving comments. Before we hired Kilon to do our work, we investigated since his review was so recent. Come to find out, Mike is a co-owner of a company called Alpha Outdoor Services (competitor) and everything he states is false. Kilon has a license, is insured and we feel his pricing was very competitive for the work done. Thanks Kilon!
