I was very happy to order plants over the phone from them; I had ideas about how many I needed for the project, and they helped me understand that I actually needed a lot fewer. I was even able to pay over the phone and receive an email receipt. However, the plants were never delivered. When we went to see them to ask about it, we were told that there was an unfortunate mixup as the person who took the order left for college, and they offered to give us a refund. They told us what steps to take for the refund (simple email to them); we never heard back from them, never received the refund.

Impossible to find. GOOGLE sends you around and around. Have to access from canal access road(?). Then I get there and it's just a landscaper with a FEW bonsai. Few aisles to see plants. Don't bother.
