K Property Services was great to work with. Kevin returned calls quickly and responded to all my requests the same day. I was impressed with his willingness to adjust to my schedule and complete the yard cleanup even as I changed what I needed him to do at the last minute. After another company had failed to show up for a scheduled 10am appt. I called KPS and spoke briefly got the price and truck out to my place literally within 5mins of hanging up the call and they were so quick and efficient i was amazed by how quick these guys worked and together as a team, Kevin was very professional and his crew he trained well 10mins after getting here they were done and the price was way low especially for it being a last minute job literally $100 less than the original company that was supposed to come out...
HIGHLY RECOMMEND KEVIN AND HIS CREW!!
I will be calling them again in the near future for a few more things..
U want a job done, nd it be quick and well done Definitely give KPS a call u wont be disappointed

KPS Yard Services is an awesome company. They fit me into their schedule on such short notice. My yard was extremely over grown and also had some junk in the back yard that needed to be discarded. KPS got right in and worked through the mess quickly and effectively. The end result was a nice clean yard and less worry for me! Thanks KPS for the hard work!
