Free service, no such thing. We agreed to twice a month and he came out three times during the month. I had notified him. He also returned because his workers did not complete their job. If you’d like pictures your husband has seen them.

We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received from Lazcano Property Maintenance.
We have had problems for years with our sprinklers and Steven came in and gave us suggestions that have fixed the problem.
They have also switched out our flowerbeds and put in drippings lines saving on water.
We live on 2&1/2 Acres and my kids were riding motorcycles and one of them ran over a main waterline. Steven came right over to fix it so that we could turn the water back on.
I would absolutely recommend them for your service. They have done a great job with everything they have done.

Lazy, come for minimum time. Careless, don't hedge correctly, don't pull weeds, don't come as often as they say they will, don't care about your yard just there to make a quick buck. Stay away.

I was very pleased with their services. Very knowledgeable about selection and care of best plants for my needs and drought tolerance, watering system installation, repair, drip irrigation. Steve answered my calls quickly and made himself available. Very easy and nice to work with. Highly recommended!

Steve and his dad are the best gardeners I have ever had. They are incredibly attentive and thorough and a pleasure to see every Monday. Steve goes out of his way to ask if we are happy with his work (we always are), and I appreciate when he offers suggestions. Their prices are also very reasonable, and lower than our last gardener who did half the work. I highly recommend Steve and Lazcano Property Management.
