J & J was one of a few companies I had come quote my job. The range in price (and hours projected to do the job) differed greatly between all. In the end, J & J was not the least expensive but was close and seemed fair. I decided to go with them based on the excellent communication and straight forward and reasonable quoting of the job. They came at the exact time/day arranged, and were able to get 90% of the job done on the first day. There were some additional things needing to be done, they arranged a second time to come out, and finished the job. My biggest reason for the 5 star review is the follow up though. They have checked with me a few times since the job to make sure we were happy, that no new issues arose, etc. I rarely ever get this level of care go into a "one off" job. I will absolutely hire them again and cannot recommend them enough.

Juan answered my phone call when I reached out and went to look at the house to give me a quote the same day. Showed up when he said he would and did a great job. Took me 3 weeks of reaching out to other companies to finally find j&j and couldn't be happier it worked out this way. Pricing was fair for the work performed. Plan on using his company for monthly maintenance now also.
