It's the team's leader, Mr. Jose Estrada. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. We like that he thinks and acts together with us. During his work should he see something that doesn't look quite right or uncoveres something unanticipated in the plan - rather than cover it up or work around it - he stops and tells you. He talks it through with you and helps find a cost effective and sustainable solution. He has a keen eye, a good sense of aesthetics, and can always be counted on to provide sage advice as to what's correct and makes sense.
