I went to Ivins Florist (my first visit) to order sympathy flowers for a neighbor friend whose family member had recently passed. The store's interior was lovely with lots of beautiful Christmas decorations...very festive!!! A very nice lady, Nancy, greeted me and then helped me find the perfect floral arrangement which Ivins was able to deliver the same day. That evening,
our neighbor texted to thank us and included a picture of the flowers saying how beautiful they were!!! Many thanks, Nancy, for all your help!!! Much appreciated! I highly recommend Ivins Florist!!!

I called Ivins Florist to send an arrangement to a friends funeral, one who was very special to me. The lady I spoke with was very nice (Nancy I think) and said she’d take good care of it for me. She did exactly that! The arrangement was beautiful and perfect for my friends service. The family was very grateful. Thank you!

If I could give a zero I would. I never bother leaving bad reviews but this business has really irked me today. My mother died a year ago. I asked if he could put a piece of tartan material on the arrangement I ordered. He said yes, just drop it off when we got to the funeral, no tartan on it. Since it wasn’t used, I stopped back in the shop to pick up the material. He wasn’t there, but sent the employee a picture of someone else’s funeral arrangement with my Mom’s tartan on it. I told the girl that wasn’t my arrangement or even the correct funeral. He never even apologized. I wouldn’t have left this review today except his page popped up on my Facebook page and I gave it a mad face and posted this comment. Two times he removed the mad face and removed the comment. He only wants people to hear good but not the bad. I would never use him again and will advise people not to use him. Maybe if he had offered an apology, I wouldn’t still be upset about it a year later.

Ivins Florist was able to fulfill my last minute (day before anniversary) needs with beautiful pink roses and were able to deliver next day and delivery was very affordable. Will definitely use again!

Very pleasant staff. A little disappointed with the flowers. Asked for live plants, apparently misunderstood by clerk. Cut tulips delivered. Supposed to be purple look more lilic color.

My fiance' works out of state and called these wonderful people on Valentine's Day to order an arrangement and asked for delivery. Normally, on this short of notice, I could imagine an establishment is super busy and more than booked, but without an exact address or previous notice, not only did I receive my arrangement, but it's gorgeous and I love it! Y'all made my day and my fiance's. Thank you so much!

At 5pm, today, the nicest woman answered my phone call to place my order for Mother's day. They close at 5, and yet, she still answered!! I am so grateful to the staff here and embarrassed by my procrastination! Thank you!!
