Jake's friendly and communicative, and I appreciate the occasional upsell that actually meaningfully improves and does larger maintenance on the yard on top of the weekly/biweekly care, as they're thoughtful (and save me having to worry about it myself) without being pushy.

Jake and his crew have provided me with exceptional service for a few years now. They do everything from mowing, edging, weed control and hedge trimming. I had a hard time finding a lawn service that showed up religiously but Inlet has really gone above and beyond on several occasions and exceeded expectation's. Can’t recommend them enough. These guys can't stick to a schedule and blame it on weather (something a lawn company should know how to work around). They mow our neighborhood on Mondays and missed it because of rain. I gave them until Wednesday morning before asking when they would be out and they blamed it on the weather and said they'd be out later in the week.

These photos are the result of them letting it go for 2 full weeks. A complete mess in the yard, zero attention to detail, long grass along the fence line, grass everywhere. They have never provided a quality mow and usually leave uneven grass and long grass throughout. They also broke a solar light in the yard and have never mentioned it, so they're either careless and didn't notice or simply didn't care about customer property.
