Isreal and his team were fantastic! We had him fix our sprinklers, re-sod our back yard and plant shrubs and flowers. He was very upfront and detailed oriented throughout job. His knowledge of plants and maintenance is impressive and helpful. He communicated clearly which was appreciated and provided cost effective recommendations when issues come up. Immaculate Landscape to the rescue!
1) Revamped entire sprinkler vale system that a previous company messed up.
2) Accurate diagnosis! Compromised pipe by dirt and gravel. Isreal saved me money other companies were going to charge $$$ for trench digging to find the problem.
3) Immaculate work. Isreal took his time to make sure the pipes were aligned and supported the valves above ground.
4) Rewired electrical wires from actuator and valve that were incorrect and left exposed.
5) Checked entire landscape irrigation and changed and adjusted faulty and broken sprinkler heads.
6) Educated me on the mapping and physics of my system

Nightmare Story before Immaculate Landscape rescue:
I had a sprinkler box in the ground and full of water. I called company X with good reviews that I found on Yelp. The guy named J suggested to move all the valves above ground. After they were done, the sprinklers to my front lawn were not working, but all the valves had water flowing. J told me various reasons as to why it wasn't working, like the pipe bursted and/or it never worked before (despite the grass being healthy and bright green). He immediately told me that he did not want me to pay him and also that he was not going to fix the problem. He then ghosted me. I called multiple sprinkler companies and plumbers who were going to charge me $$$ to dig a trench throughout my yard to locate a broken pipe!

Luckily, I found Immaculate Landscape. Isreal came over and brilliantly diagnosed the problem within a few minutes of testing the valves and the pressure. Apparently, J had compromised the pipe with gravel and dirt when he put in the new PVC pipes and valves and that was why water was not flowing through. No pipe was broken and no digging or trench was needed. Isreal had to clear the line by flushing several times.

I had Immaculate Landscape redo the entire sprinkler system correctly with copper valves because J had done such awful job. The PVC lines put in by J were all crossing, the wrong materials were used, and the pipes above ground were not stabilized with metal rods.

In addition, the wiring was not done correctly. So, how could a company with so many good reviews be so bad? I learned that companies on YELP can purchase fake reviews. Beware. Double check the company on google.

I had a small issue where a sprinkler and shutoff valve needed to be replaced. The owner, Israel, was very responsive and the job took only an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to use Immaculate Landscape again.

Israel does a great job and works quickly. Super easy to work with. I had a broken pipe and he was able to fix it all for me while I was at the office.

Update: initial job was great, but less than a year later it’s impossible to get him to come and take a look at sprinkler system when things aren’t working. Tried multiple times now, once last year shortly after install when things weren’t working properly, then again this year when rear sprinklers aren’t functioning. Finally just decided to call someone else. Overall, great for initial install, but don’t expect much additional support down the road.

They were very professional. I have been struggling with my Gardner on getting my sprinkler system working properly. When I hired them they finally got my springier system working properly after all these years. Israel is the best. I would only use him for my further sprinkler system needs

He was extremely knowledgeable and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was in tine and cleaned everything up.
