The well they drilled is 2 years old and pouring sand into my house through every faucet. They only warranty their wells for 1 year... My house was barely finished 1 year after the well was drilled. I submitted an online form notifying them that the well was filling in with sand and was never contacted about back. I've seen 75 year old functioning wells and these people couldn't even get theirs to last 2 years. High volume, low quality, and willing to leave their customers stranded with a big bill for a new well or remediation.

Extremely happy with the whole team over at Honc Industries! Hired them to demo my two story brick house and remove several large trees on the property. Baylie was especially helpful, as she kept me fully informed along the way, including helping me with the steps I needed to take care of, so her team could get in there and get the job done. Diane has been incredibly helpful on multiple occasions when I needed to quickly get on the schedule. This time, it was for a routine clean out, but there was a previous emergency situation where I should have left a review. When an alarm went off, Honc promptly came out and fixed the issue on the same day. So, I'm consolidating all my appreciation in one place. Diane is always quick to respond, and the employees are consistently friendly. Very professional! Called and was able to come out the same day to empty my septic tank. They were also able to identify and address an underlying issue that I had known about but had forgotten about being told about 12 years earlier. They were able to come up with an easy solution to replace the part that was stuck. The best part was that they were Extremely helpful in explaining the problem, the solution, and the transparency in the cost. Which I must say was Very Very fair! And when they were finished they left no trash whatsoever behind on my property! I Strongly Recommend Them!

The best of the best! Called today at 10:48AM due to a septic back up into our home, the truck got here at 11:30AM and is now leaving at 1:00PM. From the gals in the office understanding the urgency of my call and their professionalism to our service man being courteous, polite, and efficient. He also was very communicative about what was going on with our septic tank. We are so impressed with the service we received today and will certainly recommend and use in the future!

Do I have the story to tell about this "family friendly" company? We moved into our brand new house which was equipped and inspected and under full warranty in Nov of last year. It is now mid june of the following year and we STILL have sulfur smelling hard water. Makes me wonder if the filter has been working at all this entire time. We have called this company numerous times out to fix whatever is causing the problem and they have given us a slew of different responses and "possible solutions" all which have fixed nothing. They don't tell you when they show up for the appts (if they show up) they don't tell you what they do or how long they were there. It is now the 5th time we have called them out and now they believe the filter itself is faulty which I would figure as professionals would've been one of the first things they checked. Oh and let's not forget the only time they knew how to contact us was to harass us for $420 to fix a small piece of pipe that randomly burst one evening sending gallons of water everywhere that they blamed on the hurricane in SEPT but somehow also made it through all final inspections for closing in NOV. Far from professional far from quality and FAR from family friendly.

I can’t say enough about Honc! I was stuck with sewage backing up into my showers. Diane got the crew out within an hour and in the middle of Hurricane Ian clean up efforts!!! The dynamic duo came and immediately went to work…and went above and beyond trying to fix a problem that was not something in their wheelhouse! Because of the speed and professionalism, I was able to get the issues fixed within hours( which would have been a disaster). Thank you, thank you, thank you!
