I recently visited Hodgins Home Appliances looking for a Speed Queen washing machine, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their excellent customer service! They had several models to choose from, and the staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the one that best suited my needs.

The delivery process was seamless—right on time, as promised. The delivery guy was fantastic! He was not only punctual but also knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the settings and how to use the machine properly.

I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and the entire experience at Hodgins. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality appliances and top-notch service!

I got to know Hodgins Appliance store from a friend of a friend’s referral. Let me say that Bryce himself ( the owner) took upon getting me the right replacement refrigerator for the right size, more room, and efficiency. And saying to me he would have it there the day I ordered it. He is fantastic in every aspect I can think of. I do appreciate his willingness to help me out. But also his service delivery technician Xavier was tremendous. Very polite and especially professional. I cannot say anything wrong with dealing with this ENTIRE company. Thank you to all.

Very pleased to the first contact. I had an emergency water issue with my ice maker. Even though I'm out of their service area they sent Greg. He located the issue promptly and had the needed part in his truck.

The technician was very efficient, but the communication b/w the main office and me, the customer, was not very clear about the way they charge for their service.
I was told it will be $125 service call plus whatever parts needed- however at the end I was told by the technician that it’s a total $250 as $125 was literally just for him to get to my door!
Plus 1hr labor at $125!
I was really shocked as no one explained that to me prior to the appointment.
I have to give it to the technician, he explained the situation to the main office and they ended up charging me $125 , which is what I was originally told.
So if it wouldn’t be for poor communication , I’d give it a 5 star.

Had a great experience with Hodgins and I'm super greatful for the work performed on my cooktop/Oven/& washer. They did everything possible to repair all my appliances as quick as they could. I saved plenty of money with their service along with First American Warranty. My oven will be fully replaced brand new and I'm truly greatful. Thank you
