Probably the best plant/gardening store around. They are open early in the spring (I went in March) and they seem to have the widest variety of plants, the best prices, a very helpful staff, and other gardening accessories like pots and bird feeders

I’m a plant lover. I found a piece of haven! This place is everything what you need. They have indoor plants, outside gardening, equipments and even bird accessories. The most amazing in this store is owner’s caring. He was above of beyond with advices and help.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I was excited as always to pick out my pretty flowers and looking forward to a satisfying shopping experience. That changed after I arrived. There were at least 4 staff members and almost that many customers. Not once did any of them greet me or ask me if I needed help — and I had a full cart that I was dragging around. I didn’t notice them talking to or greeting any of the other customers. I tried smiling and talking to the cashier who was wearing a navy UK shirt, but she wouldn’t crack a smile if you paid her. Oh, wait I did pay her! I’m so surprised that the staff totally ignored their customers. No eye contact whatsoever. Last year the lady at the cash register chatted with me, asked if I found everything, and there were at least 2 other staff members that asked if I needed assistance. She even walked me to my car and helped me load. That’s what small business is all about! Newsflash! There’s a Lowe’s Garden Center right down the road! If you want to keep your customers, what’s the cost of a smile or greeting to keep your small business thriving?

I was elated to find that this nursery carries Bonide and Fertilome products! They are the only store I've found all of the insecticides I needed in one place! Super friendly service. I'm glad I checked out this spot. :)

Went to Lowe's and was 9th in line, only had one cashier, and two other garden employees goofing off. I left and went to Highland GC. Parked by the door, cashier was friendly and helpful, even loaded my potting soil and mulch! Such a great example of customer service. Thanks so much!

I always see this place when i drive passed and figured I'd stop in to see what their prices were like. It will most definitely be the last time. The cashier was so incredibly rude. Lack of knowledge, so slow to react and just a general misunderstanding of basic things. She made a mistake and could not take responsibility and actually blamed me for her mess up. It was very weird. Then a man came up to help her out and he was equally as stupid. I will never go back there. Pressing buttons on a cash register shouldn't be so difficult or stressful. Then they both went on and on about them hitting Subtotal like it was the end of the world and changes couldn't be made. Problem solving is not their specialty. Even though its was their own problem. I left befuddled and still wondering how they are still in business.
