I wanted to try using a different lawn service company to help me get my lawn back to its glory. A salesman from Heron told me specifically they could fix my lawn and make it all GREEN again! Nope! After one initial treatment as you can see by the photos I just took…no changes…in fact my lawn looks worse. I called Heron to cancel my account and provide me with a refund of $100. They denied my claim! I am now on the countermeasure of bashing Heron and letting people know to choose a better, more reliable and responsible company cause if you have problems with Heron, they will just sweep you under the carpet and forget about YOU and your LAWN!

Doring a storm I left my shutters down to long and got wasps underneath and all around my house It was bad to the point one wasp looked at me like he was telling me he wasn't going anywhere I called my tech Zack came out and thank god for him because I wasn't even able to leave the house without getting attacked now when I call or when my next appointment is due I ask for Zack he just got rid of fleas also in one visit. Highly recommend Zack.

Our lawn was in a mess from previous companies and even Heron because of a tech that just didn’t care. Management changed our tech to Jacob Murray and after working diligently he was able to correct the treatments and have us advise and now our lawn is greatly improving. We are extremely satisfied with his drive and customer service going way above and beyond to make his customers happy.

Called this company on a Friday afternoon only to get a answering machine. They promptly called me back first thing on Monday . Said they would be at my house shortly ( in Inverness going to Hernando).
Three and a half hours later still a no show.
Is this what American companies have become. No customer service and the disrespect of customers who pay their salaries.

I can't give them a zero review but I wish I could! We have been loyal customers of theirs for over 10 years in Leesburg, Florida! We scheduled an in home pest inspection with them not once but twice and they never showed up or even called to cancel or say they weren't coming! I called their office and they couldn't offer any explanations at all ! Needless to say it will be our last year with them !

We built a new home In Leesburg Florida in August of '20 . Heron was hired and placed on brand new saint augustine turf for Insect , weed and fertilization . Today , Three years later my lawn is full of weeds and the grass dying in many areas . I called and cancelled all services today. They treated for weeds and fertilizer 30 days ago , they were brought back a lil over two weeks ago to retreat the weeds as they were just going crazy. Pictures are from today. We also were using their sprinkler services to assure good coverage and proper setting for time of year. This was brand new sod three years ago - Unbelievable !

Today is 5/12/2022, I'm updating my previous post because I can't comprehend nor conceive that I've been a customer since 2018 for front yard treatment and these are current pictures of my front yard. I ask myself why? I'm very disappointed with lack of improvement on my lawn. I had a big oak tree that have lots of shade and I literally cut down all the branches on the tech's advise and manager. They said my oak tree was not allowing sod to progress. 5 months after cutting all branches still no progress.

I will update this post if my sod improves. Oh by the way I got email today that your prices are increasing. THANKS HERON
