Do not consider his business practices to be professional. For example, lacks responsibility and accountability for his crews' sloppy work and damages to my home property and failed to compensate me for the damages. In addition, do not like that he makes an appointment and then fails to show-up when scheduled. Basically disrespectful of my time and lacked courtesy to cancel.

While i attempt to support and do business with local businesses, i have cause to not recommend doing business with Hercules tree service.

Extremely pleased with this company’s service. Really exceptional in the work done, amount accomplished and the competence in doing it. Lovely people as well. Highly recommend them. You will be very satisfied and happy you did so.They dealt with my unruly and huge trees with absolute expertise.

The folks at Hercules have been maintaining our trees for many years and have always done a fantastic job. They are very responsive and professional. Recently the tree in front of our house developed a fungal infection and we noticed a big split down the main trunk. We were concerned it could fall and damage something or hurt someone. Hercules came out the next day to remove it, and left with no mess/sign that they had been there.

They removed a small tree in my backyard. Very fair pricing, fast, easy. All debris removed and left the after clean. Hopefully i don't need their services anytime soon, but if I do they will be my first call.

Rich and Hercules tree services were amazing. I had around 50 small stumps throughout my property from various cut downs. Some were near brick, cement, and behind retainer walls. He showed up promptly for his walk-through and estimate. We walked the front and back yard. I felt his pricing was extremely fair given he would need at least 2 size grinders. His team arrived on time. 2 qualified individuals showed up to complete the job. They took around 3 hours. They grinded out all stumps, cleaned the area after, and filled all holes. I was extremely impressed. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of tree stump removal.

The owner Richard and his team deserve 10 stars. They did a great job at removing a large tree stump from yard and carefully removed a second one located next to my garage. They paid extreme attention to detail from beginning to end. They cleaned up very well!
