Good Store, But Disappointing Service on My Last Visit

I like Harbor Freight and usually have a good experience there, but my last visit was frustrating. The employee, who seemed to be a manager, had no knowledge of anything I asked about. Even basic questions, like part replacements after purchase, were met with "I don't know." On top of that, he was working with an attitude of laziness, making the experience even worse. While the store itself is great, the service on this occasion was far from acceptable.

Customer service here is extremely disappointing, particularly from one employee named Sal. When I asked for assistance in finding the correct part for a promotional sale, his response was dismissive: “Find it yourself; you need to read a little.” This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help made for a very frustrating experience. I expect better customer support and courtesy when shopping, especially from staff members who are supposed to assist customers.

Harbor Frieght needs to put together a tool truck. They would put out Snap On and Matco in a heart beat. Still not sure why they won't put a store in St. Cloud, FL?
