I recently worked with Horacio and his team at Hal Landscaping for sod installation and a new sprinkler system, and I'm really happy with the results.

Horacio came out to my home in Coarsegold next day for a walk around and provided a quote the same day. The sod installation went smoothly, and now my yard looks great and I have an area where my daughter is happy to run around and play with no shoes. The new sprinkler system is efficient and makes maintenance a breeze. They even planted a tree for me that was on my to-do list and just didn't get to it.

Called on 6/10/24 to set an appointment for a quote and he was quick to respond. He said he was out of town and wouldn't be able to get to me until 6/13, we agreed on the time and date. He never called, texted or returned my message today. Completely wasted my time.

We bought a house and hired Horacio to redo our backyard landscaping. The yard was completely dead, and he put in new cement, grass, and sprinklers. He even repaired the fence that was leaning over. We love how it turned out and highly recommend him! We'll definitely be using him again for any future landscaping projects.

Horatio was very professional to work with and his fee was fair and reasonable. I live in Clovis where he installed a new lawn, a tree, sprinklers, expanded my existing concrete patio, installed decomposed granite, and completed repairs on existing irrigation lines. I would definitely recommend.

Horacio and his team recently completed work at my home and I am very satisfied with the work. This included clearing out the dead front and back lawns and laying new sod, replacing most of the sprinkler heads, and trimming our Chinese Elm tree. From the start, Horacio was knowledgeable and professional, and quoted us a very reasonable price. Horacio and his team were efficient in their work and completed the job in just a few days of work.

The only negative comment I have is that I think Horacio could communicate a bit better. There was a little bit of miscommunication during the process about what work would be done on which days, which, in fairness, was complicated by me needing to be out of town for a couple days in the middle of the project. All of the work was still completed on-time and I appreciated Horacio's insistence that I be home before laying the sod to ensure everything was done to my liking.

Overall, I would highly recommend Hal Landscaping for the quality of the finished product and the efficiency of the work.

I reached out to Hal landscaping as I had quite a lot of work that needed to be done. Horacio promptly responded and asked when he could meet me to provide a quote. He arrived on time, quoted me a fair price, and was available within a week to do the work. Horacio and his team trimmed several trees, removed a couple of trees that had fallen down, took care of all the overgrown grass/shrubs, and even hauled some junk that had accumulated on my property. I was very impressed with the quality of work, communication, and professionalism throughout the process. I highly recommend them.
