I do enjoy this store, but some of the prices on items are a little to high. I feel they need to do some research on the item and remember, HH receive FREE donations to sell. So please don't out price yourself which will make people slow down shopping at the store.

WOW WOW WOW!!! Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity is down rite AWESOME!!! I had an Estate that I needed cleaned out...I called Habitat’s Clean Out & Removal Services...not only were they timely...they were courteous & friendly! I then asked for them to do a “deep clean” after they removed all the items, which they did...and it turned out just AMAZING!!! Thank you habitat for ANOTHER job well DONE! As always Super IMPRESSED! I will be calling again!!!

I know they do good work but be aware when purchasing appliances. Purchased an inexpensive washer & dryer that were supposed to be working and they did not work at all. Rented a truck to bring them home.
More money wasted. Called the store numerous times and no one ever would give me an answer about a store credit or taking them back. I finally was told, two weeks later, to set them out with my trash because
someone would probably pick them up. Very disappointing.

Ready to make a large purchase after being told by no less than two employees that purchases were 30% off items priced over $25 storewide. Items were priced $149.99 each. Told by the employee at the register that my items would be 30% off. Another extremely rude woman that works there (I assume bad managment) came in and corrected her. Not the time to swoop in and kill the sale of donated goods, bad treatment of customers and poor business sense. Get communication in order with staff and price/mark items accordingly. Customers willing to make multiple hundred dollar purchases are not mind readers and rely on what they are told by staff. Word should be honored, rather than making good buyers feel like they have been treated poorly or that they have tried to pull something.

(we know, you will work to improve... But that won't change the experience.)
