We wanted to xeriscape our front yard and Gulfcoast Land Designs was the only company that actually picked up the phone and answered! I read the reviews and scheduled them to come out and do a quote. We are so happy with the results. Patrick did an excellent job! He was always there on time and competed the job quickly. Now all of our neighbors want the same yard ☺️

We moved to the area several months ago. A few weeks ago I called Gulfcoast Land Designs and the next morning, Patrick met with us to discuss our project. He spent a lot of time with us walking our property, listening to what we wanted and offering his thoughts. He started the work later that day and completed it the following day. We had a bunch of overgrown landscape plants trimmed, new landscape plants installed and old sod removed (really just dead sod remnants and weeds!) and new sod installed. He also installed flat stones to complete a landscape bed border that for some reason was never initially done and was able to match the color so you can't tell the difference between the old and new stone. He did a fantastic job and we are really happy with how everything turned out. I'd highly recommend Patrick and Gulfcoast Land Designs for your landscaping needs.

Our front landscape needed updating for some time but hurricane Irma saw to it that we finally had to turn our attention to a redesign. As our yard faces north, part of our yard was in the sun and part was shaded making a cohesive design difficult for me to come up with on my own. I finally called Patrick and he patiently listened to my wish list and plant/tree/palm ideas. He put great thought into coming up with a beautiful new landscape design adding to my wish list to choose plants appropriate for the light restrictions that were also Florida friendly. He even took into account the color of my house when selecting the flowers I wanted making sure they complimented each other. Patrick and his workers were prompt when removing our old landscape, preparing the flower beds and then planting the new trees, palms and plants. We are very happy with the end result and are glad that we used Gulfcoast Land Designs.

When my wife and I decided to redo all of the landscaping in our house we went out to get three quotes. Patrick was the only person that came to the house multiple times to ensure he captured everything we wanted done. Our project included removing all existing plants from the yard, regrading, irrigation installation, laying sod, laying shell, planting 30+ different palm trees, lighting, weed barrier, driveway removal and putting down 1200 square feet of pavers. I am sure I missed some aspect of the job, but needless to say him and his crew showed up every day on time and where a joy to work with. Total project took between 2-3 weeks for completetion do to the size of the job. Even when I asked for plants to be shifted slightly or whatever other random request I had, it was always met with a smile and was completed very quickly.

I would have given zero stars if it was an option. A year ago we hired gulf coast land designs to completely landscape and pave both our drive and pool area. We spent about 40 grand. Our biggest concern was the drainage in our back yard. We could have not reiterated how import it was to not change any of the water flow because our drainage worked perfectly. Now when it rains our newly remodeled bath is close to being flooded. We have had nothing but problems. Not only with our drainage but pavers constantly cracking, we lost 10 plants (Died) and because he planted the wrong types of plants in places they too have to be moved or replaced. We went with this company because the are a local family and we like to support small business. He promised us over and over he would fix the problem. He stopped returning our phone calls.

Patrick and his team did exactly what we needed; ontime, on budget and he follows up. His fence job survived hurricane Irma. The sod install was significantly lower in product cost.

Our backyard was a jungle (prior rental house neglected). From distater to a private retreat we enjoy!

He knows the local plant demographics in fact, we let him choose to surprise us. The neighbors are impressed as well.
