I would give this place 0 stars. My husband travels for work so sometimes our options are limited in proximity of his job.
DO NOT stay if you're a single woman or have children. There are a few creepy people in the park. One old man is constantly waiting for me to come out of the trailer and trying to talk to me. One lady literally flashed herself to a couple younger children. There are some trailers that look like a homeless camp...it's also $500 a week. A $65 pet fee for the rv park. I have never been charged for pets at any other park. The dog area has trash everywhere and smells like stale beer. The pool is on the nicer side of things however is still dirty. They do offer laundry amenities but no quarters available on site, you have to leave to find quarters. There's also about 7 or more feral cats around the park.
All in all I will never stay at this park again. I do not feel safe here.

They have really come through for my mom and I after we were graciously left here, by my mom's ex's mother- and the management team are beyond exceptional and friendly and very helpful.
The owner is a very well grounded woman, who is full of much grace and very helpful as well. We are beyond grateful for their help as we continue to stay here meanwhile we await before we make our next move.

And the pool and Spa are well kept and it's really helpful being able to relax and get rid of all stress while in the pool or spa. I highly recommend this place to all

The owner and management of this inn have gone far and beyond their scope to help my daughter and I out after we were kicked out from my ex fiance's parents ranch after his parents broke up with me on behalf of their beloved son. We can't thank management enough for their care and support at this time of need. Thank you so so much.

Had a great dog potty area. Swimming pool was clean. They shouldn't have ash trays on the 2nd story as the airconditioners suck in the smoke to the rooms.
Otherwise quiet place. Rooms are a little over priced for Gridley which is no where. But was safe and was only there for one night for dog show at fairgrounds.

My family is been staying here for a month and Everyone that work here is Amazing. Rooms are always clean, housekeepers are sweet and always do a great job. I definitely recommend people to stay here.

We spent two nights in our rented motorhome at the RV park. The staff was very friendly, the pool and hot tub were fantastic and a friendly employee even heated the hot tub for us a little early. The washing machine and dryer were cheap and worked great. We are completely satisfied.
