It is rare to find a contractor where everyone on the team is hardworking, professional and respectful. We had a difficult project. We have an attached home with a sloped backyard on a Lake, so the landscaping team had to walk through our living room to get to the backyard. Everything had to be hand carried back and forth through house. We redid everything both hardscape and landscape. Greencraft has a large team of specialized professionals that know what they are doing. Great attention to details, beautiful high-end touches and a very competent team that just does it right the first time. A special thanks to Freddy for expertly overseeing the project and being easy to communicate with. They also worked within our HOA rules. Our neighbors made comments on how respectful and professional the team was. Our backyard turned out fantastic. The whole process exceeded my expectations. They even checked in on the project a month after to make sure everything was working as it should. Wow! If you are need of a landscape installer, look no further.

We are SO thrilled that we decided to work with Greencraft. After meeting with a few different companies, we were 100% sure that we wanted to work with Pablo and Freddy and I am so thankful we did. They completely overhauled our backyard, removing a wall and hardscape to install a stainless steel spa, outdoor kitchen, lighting, artificial turf, and completed landscaping. We are in love with the final project, a true entertaining oasis, and it was only possible because of Greencraft.

Pablo was incredibly detail oriented and had the exact vision for what we needed. Freddy was so helpful and made it all come to life. They were both very reachable with any questions that we had. They also provided amazing suggestions which really completed the space. We had some concerns months after the project was complete and they both went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I couldn't believe the customer service that we received. We are thrilled that we worked with them and I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

'Really can't recommend Pablo / Greencraft enough. Super nice guy, very knowledgable and responsive, usually responding to e-mails / texts within a few minutes. But he's also very honorable and stands by his product in a way that we really appreciate. Last year his crew installed some myoporum plants in our hillside and, for whatever reason, they didn't take. We don't know why they didn't take, but they didn't. When we asked Pablo about this he offered to re-plant new myoporum, free of charge. And so far, those are doing great. We interviewed a lot of landscapers in the valley before hiring Pablo, and it's the best decision we could have made.

I talked to pablo and he was kind enough to preview the project and we discussed the project and the fee and he got it done as expected.

Later I even asked him to do some extra work on the same project and he did it at no charge.

I already introduced him to a friend who had a much larger task and he also find these boys professional and their work is top notch.
