After a main water leak forced us to dig up our yard, we needed a reliable company to help restore our turf. Our original installation was done over a decade ago by a different company, so we reached out to them and several other contractors. Green Turf Pro stood out from the beginning, being incredibly responsive and coming out the very next day. Their bid was detailed and priced very fairly, but what impressed us most was their professionalism and quick response. Angie and Lou were awesome.

This was a repair and reconstruction job with a few modifications, and they made the yard look brand new—even reusing much of the existing material. The results are flawless, and we’re thrilled with how everything turned out. I can't say enough good things about Green Turf Pro and their team. Highly recommend!

It’s been a year since I had Lou and his crew at Green Turf Pro come out and transform our back yard. Lou came out to my home the same day I called in for an estimate and gave me an outstanding presentation of the different turf options. We picked the Coronado Premium and let me tell you, the extra money you pay for this turf is worth every penny. Once Lou gave me a great deal we had work begin in our home the following week. It took them one week from start to finish to complete 3,000 square feet. The crew was very professional at all times. The picture honestly don’t do the work any justice. Just in one year we have made so many memories and can honestly say it was the best decision and investment we could have possibly made.

We wanted to pave an area of our backyard that had long been neglected. We were tired of the mud/dirt and weeds and contacted several companies for quotes. After meeting with and receiving quotes we decided to go with Green Turf Pro because of their quick communication, great reviews, personable representatives, and extremely reasonable and competitive price that no one could match. We also appreciated that Lou who is the Owner was the one who came to give us our quote and also our PM through the project. He was not pushy and was extremely quick and efficient when he came out to give us the estimate. He didn't waste hours of our time trying to convince us why we should choose their company.

The project started the next week and we were immediately impressed by the efficiency of the team. They showed up and got right to work. All employees were clearly employed directly by Green Turf Pro as they all wore branded gear and drove branded trucks. We've had issues with contractors in the past claiming to have their own crew only to find out that they subcontracted out the work as it was getting started. That definitely wasn't the case here.

The crew was mindful of our property and did everything they said they would do. The project would have been done sooner but there was a miscommunication on the color of the border pavers. A quick call to Lou where we explained that we weren't happy with the color and it was immediately resolved the next day. Once everything was said and done, they cleaned up and put everything back how they found it. That included trimming our wooden gate to smoothly go over the new pavers to re-laying the pre-existing turf that was pulled back to complete the work.

Once the crew left, Lou came back to do a final walk through with us and later Angie called to confirm again that everything was to our liking and that no other work orders needed to be submitted.

Overall we are highly satisfied with the experience and the outcome of the project. We would definitely recommend Green Turf Pro to anyone considering them. Thanks again Angie, Lou, and Team!

My wife and I had our small patio area reworked. My wife did some research and found Green Turf Pro. She called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Angel. Angel was super nice and he contacted us promptly and came out within a day. I met with him and he was super helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He recommended specific turfs and even came out a second time to show my wife all the specific different options because Angel is super attentive.

A few days later, 4 workers arrived to do the work and did a fantastic job. They were all super knowledgeable, hard working and rarely took breaks all while doing an amazing job. The amazing workers were named Giovanni, Jesus, Miguel, and Horacio and Angel came by on the day they worked briefly to make sure everything was going like clockwork. When they were done, they left an amazing patio all transformed and clean and my wife and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend them if you are thinking about getting your backyard or frontyard transformed with turf.

The estimator for Green Turf Pro, came across as very sincere and knowledgeable and we liked the turf samples he brought. He is the reason we went with Green Turf Pro. Unfortunately, it went way down hill from our initial meeting. They are very busy and it took several days and phone calls to get the estimate sent to us. We set a date for the install and then they moved that back a day. Then the install was delayed a day because of rain.

Not great communication.. We had discussed our irrigation and the information did not get passed on to the installers. Fortunately, the installers were helpful in correcting some changes that they made.

With any turf job, try to get a breakdown of different options if you can: one just for all the prep work and infill material (this you will need no matter how they lay the turf) then get one for least amount of turf used and one for fewest seams in your turf. They usually do a price per square foot for the finished job - that will be with maximum amount of seams. Do that with any company you interview because all three we interviewed want to use the least amount of turf which may mean more seams. Or rough out the layout yourself and order extra turf so when the installers get there you can tell them how you want it laid out.

The first two sections they laid look great. The rest of the yard the seams are visible. Our project would have required a patchwork of small pieces (see photo) that we were not happy with. We sent this photo to the office so they could see we needed more product. We were told that is how the Green Turf Pro owner wanted it done or we could buy more turf. So $250 and a day later we had more product. Unfortunately, there are still visible seams. If we knew we were buying more turf, I think the installers would have been able to lay it out better and we wouldn't have as many visible seams. They did send a second team to work on the seams. They are better now but still visible. You really do want to minimize seams. It will look good when they leave and have power brushed it but after a few days of use you will be able to see the direction of the turf as well as the seams. The turf we selected is marketed as 'non-directional'. This is a fallacy, as there is clearly a direction the turf is laying, even after infill and brushing.

Although all the people we dealt with from Angie and Liz in the office to the install team were very nice, I think the push to bid low price jobs done as quickly as possible caused the finished project to look like it was the lowest price done quickly.

Most importantly…..they did a great job!!!! Mrs Liz sent to my home the installation crew and they were able to complete the job in two days. Very professionally and polite in every way. When done they let everything sparkling, the turf looks so lush! Super happy with the quality of the turf and service!
My family is thrilled with the results and feel we should have done this a long time ago. I enthusiastically give Green Turf Pro 5 stars and definitely recommend their products and services. It has a Beautiful Clean Look.
