Tom was amazing. He gave me a variety of design options and was patient when I made changes. He helped me find a design that met my needs and was affordable. Emmie was consistent. She stayed in contact with me, returned calls as promised, and worked around my busy schedule. Ben was a great project manager. The work got executed in a timely manner and he answered all my questions throughout the duration of the project. The install team was respectful and got the work done quickly, and did quality work. There’s not enough good things I can say about this company. From the moment I requested a quote, I had multiple contacts and more than enough information to know what to expect. Our rep was Andy and we gave him an idea of what we wanted but we weren’t sure exactly how we wanted our backyard to look and he nailed it right on the head. From design to functionality, it exceeded expectations. Our project manager was Ben and he was extremely precise and helpful. From start to finish it was the smoothest project I’ve ever experienced. It took our backyard from next to useless to somewhere our son can play and we have been enjoying it every day since it’s been completed.

The entire process for getting our backyard done was extremely smooth. From setting up an appointment for an estimate/consultation through the installation and follow up it was extremely smooth. Andy was great when it came to giving us his ideas for the yard and listening to our ideas as well. He came up with a great idea for our yard and we went with that. The turf is amazing and so are the pavers! Our project manager Ben was great as well. He walked us through what would happen from start to finish and made sure everything met the expected standards for the yard. This review is long over due, but I just wanted to give a shout out to this company. Because this was going to be a huge investment for me, I interviewed several companies, most were pleasant, but there was just something about the consult I had with Andy, I didn't feel like I was being pushed; he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with complete respect. It just felt different.
They scheduled the job in a very timely manner and the Gerardo crew was excellent! Granted I know nothing about installing turf, but my daughter was here all four days and said they worked their tails off... and you all know how hot it was this summer. ?

Great company! They came out quick with a consultation helped me figure out exactly what we wanted. Next week they came out and were done within 4 days. So nice to finally have a yard and not just dirt in the backyard. Love the turf to and most importantly the dog approves.
