We actually followed up with his references whose favorable comments proved to be more than accurate. Bill worked with us throughout the process to ensure all aspects of our project were completed to satisfaction. His crew was a pleasure to work with and is to be commended for all their hard work. We dragged our feet on a very necessary drainage project for over a year. When we were finally ready were decided on Greater Orlando Lawnscapes. Bill was incredibly patient with me and gave a very thorough and competitive estimate. Price is important but communication and responsiveness were a big factor for us. Bill was easy to reach to ask the necessary follow up questions.

We needed a french drain, multiple drainage pipes, tons of fill dirt, irrigation adjustments and new sod out back. Once we made up our minds and were on the schedule the project started on time and finished a day early. The crew was excellent. They were friendly, professional and post importantly, did quality work. If you are looking for someone to take on a landscape project, I would not hesitate contacting Bill and his team.

I had Greater Orlando Lawnscapes installed our irrigation system last year in May 2022 because our backyard sloped downwards to the house and we wanted the rain to drain away from the foundation of the house. They did an excellent job! And when we called them yesterday to make sure that the old corrugated pipes we found under the ground was not related to their irrigation system that they installed last year, the owner of the company Bill himself went out of his way to check it out and make sure everything was working fine. He was very kind, patient, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He was thorough and very helpful. Fortunately, we found that it was old corrugated pipes from the previous owners who tried to do a DIY irrigation system. Bill gave me helpful information and guidance on how to repair it efficiently so we can save money. He was personable and also asked me to keep him updated if we have any questions or concerns. Thank you so much Bill and company! HIGHLY recommend this company!

Our backyard was overgrown, very unattractive and random. Bill listened to our goals, came up with good ideas and was very patient with our many questions and some revisions. In the end, he and his crew transformed our backyard and we are very happy with it. Bill also continued to be available for questions on care and freeze protection of our new plants after the job was completed.

Many thanks to Bill Austin owner of Greater Orlando Landscapes, and his wonderful crew. After reviewing so many companies I decided to use Greater Orlando Landscapes. I'm so happy that I did because Bill's quality of work surpass my expectations.

Bill is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional when it came to my needs for my backyard planning. He listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions, and came up with a plan. I needed a french drain, sod, paver installation, irrigation, and much more. Bill and his crew transformed my backyard into a beautiful area.

Bill's right hand man Edward, and the crew were awesome. The quality of professionalism, craftsmanship in the work they did was amazing. Edward, as well as the crew were kind, courteous, and polite. At the end they made sure to clean and even did a walk through to insure the work they did.

A few days later after the work was completed, I ran into a problem with the irrigation. I called Bill and Edward and without hesitation the next day the problem was resolved. That showed me how serious and responsible they are for the work they did.

Greater Orlando Lawnscapes Inc is a professional landscape company that we entrusted to complete our project with our vision as their goal. Bill Austin made the development and completion of the project very easy with his professionalism, landscape knowledge, and expertise.
All three phases of our project went smoothly and the results are beautiful. The concrete pavers replacing our old concrete circle driveway, the landscape and irrigation remake of our thirty year old original landscape, and the outdoor LED lighting package to accent that new landscape is much more than we had imagined….
