I am very pleased with the service I've received from Go Organic over the past 4 seasons. My home's previous owner employed them and I am happy that we kept them on. I have never picked up a tick on my property, whereas it's not unusual in the local parks. The grass looks great and we always get a heads up before service, and they are flexible with scheduling, like to ensure I have time to mow low before the annual aerating in late summer.

I always took a lot of pride and worked hard to maintain my lawn. As I started getting a bit older my wife insisted it was time to allow someone else to take over. Its been at least 10 years now and Go Organic hasn't missed a beat. Even when there were watering restrictions and lawns started browning, Go Organic was on top of their game and kept my lawn in excellent condition. The technicians that would come to the house were professional and friendly, always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I might have. Dealing with their office was seamless. Again always friendly and responsive to my needs. I would recommend them without hesitation. We are now selling our home and I will pass their name and number on to the new owners. The only downside is that where I will be moving there will no longer be a lawn for Go Organic to care for. Thanks for the years of incredible service and I wish them much success.

I'm a local realtor and when I saw a stunning lawn in a local lake community, I had to ask the owner who was treating his lawn.He said Organic Lawn. I called and signed up that day! In the past, 27 years, I have worked with SOOO many lawn care companies who had employees that did not provide services I had paid for to a landscaper that spread a disease in my lawn destroying my once beautiful lawn then shrugged their shoulders at me. Organic Lawn HAS BROUGHT MY LAWN BACK TO GOLF COURSE STATUS. They show up when they say, they communicate with me and an actual LOCAL and friendly person answers their phone. They have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and have turned my lawn around. I am so happy I found them. I tell ALL of my buyers about how amazing Organic Lawn is!! You will not be disappointed.

I’m leaving this review because I don’t want people to have to deal with a bunch of ignorants. I did not choose their service, but I have had the pleasure of communicating with the stuff of this company due to the fact that if their driver MARK hit my car about 10 days ago. After the accident I called the police, and the police determined on scene that it was his fault. But wow, when I was guided by the police officer to reach out to the owner of the van, I know they are not gonna pay for what they did. By refusing to talk to my insurance company, or myself.
Neither of the police and my insurance are able to able to reach their insurance company. No words heard from the company itself. Did you really insure your driver/van for it to be legally on road?

Under the law of respondeat superior, employers are also often liable for their employees' actions as long as those actions fall under the scope of their job. So, even if a truck driver is negligent in an accident, the company that employs the driver is usually responsible for the damages.

The police asked me to sue this company, but I’m really not letting this ruining my holiday here in NJ. So, please if anyone sees their van on the street, stay away from it, and the “great customer service” from this company.
