Microgreens are an amazing superfood, having up to 40 X the nutrients as the adult plant. This in itself is enough to want to consume them. But then add the flavor, then WOW! It is amazing! The prices are reasonable and the people are friendly! I would recommend going to Glory Road Gardens!
