Purchased new tires less than a year ago for two different vehicles. Vehicle #1 had a bulge in the sidewall. Garrett's told us it was "normal", "perfectly fine", and would not replace it. Second time driving it, that tire blew. We called them and they told us to purchase another tire. They would not help. Vehicle #2 didn't have the tires balanced or aligned properly. Plus, the bead wasn't set correctly and we had to put air in it every couple of days. These were supposed to be 80K mile tires, and didn't make it 10K miles. They were so unevenly worn, it was incredible. Needless to say, I had to purchase a second set of full tires in less than a year yesterday. No, I didn't go back to Garrett's for this second set. After purchasing tires from them for two separate vehicles and having nothing but problems with both, we took our business elsewhere.

I just picked up my 2011 Honda pilot that had a timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, 4 tires, and a fuel system service. My father paid for the service so they called him to tell him it needed front and rear brakes. My father didn't call me to tell me about that. if he would have I would have told him that I just did the brakes 4 weeks ago on the front and the backs were low but didn't need them quite yet. I worked as a technician for 8 years and was ASE certified in brakes among a few other certifications so I kinda know what I'm talking about with brakes. That being said they got my dad for the front pads that were basically brand new just 4 weeks of use and the rear pads that were just below half thickness. They also didn't machine the rotors on either the front or the rear axles. They left greasy finger prints on the outside and inside of my vehicle. They also told my father that they use original equipment from the manufacturer. I got them to leave the old parts in the car with the new part boxes and the parts are genuine Honda parts. I do not recommend this place at all. Not a trustworthy place in my opinion. I work nights and don't have the time to work on my own stuff anymore or else I would only work on my stuff.

These people were my heroes when I was forced to evacuate for hurricane Mathew. They stayed late to get my family on the road. I’ll never forget their kindness to a stranger. I hope they receive the good Samar Oran blessings of our lord .

I've been using these guys for a couple of years for everything from tractor tires, lawn mower tires, car tires, transmission replacement, oil changes, and all types of vehicle repairs. As a farm boy who grew up working on equipment I feel like they have been honest with me on everything they have ever worked on, and at this point I don't question them at all on their assessments. The work they do has always been top notch. I can't thank them enough for all they do for the community by keeping us up and running! Integrity means a lot and this team has proven to be trustworthy and good at what they do.

This place has never done anyone in my household wrong when it comes to fixing our vehicles, they are very respectful, have great prices on labor and overall a really great shop. I would recommend and have recommended this place to so many people.

By far the best in the state. Will drive past 5 other so-called tire stores to get to Garrett because their family owned and operated and they do people righteous
