I'm a new customer looking for a one time clean up, then weekly lawn care. Started off with poor communication regarding exactly what I wanted. I explained during bid everything I wanted but he did not write it down or remember every item. He did not show up on time to go over all aspects of job before starting as previously discussed. He told me over the phone to show his crew what I want so they can start without him because he could not make it. When he arrived late, he tried to say it would cost more because he didn't remember what I wanted, and it looked like more work. He tried accusing me of having his crew do more work than previously discussed. I provided him a typed list of all items I previously discussed with him and gave him a copy with the check. We worked out the problem, but he definitely needs to communicate better with customers. He said he was too busy to make it on time due to other jobs, but I didn't feel that justified the way he treated me. His crew was hard working and spoke English. I look forward to things getting better, and hope service experience improves. In closing - the price was reasonable, but the customer service experience has room for improvement.

Utterly unprofessional! “I’ll be there in 20 mins” turned into 3 hours with no communication. I texted, no response, finally called and they said they couldn’t find my house. Soooo you just don’t communicate that with the customer? Freaking rude.
