Quality, quantity and service vary widely. It seems a lot depends on which staff are on duty, including chefs. Food is tasty.
Breakfast service was open buffet, although we were told that was just for the first day then it would be a la carte… the server was very abrupt and unhelpful.

Throughly disappointed. Service sucked. Overpriced for what you get. DON'T EAT HERE!!! There may have been a pinch of cheese on my half covered small Navajo Taco lost in the tasteless beans, the one sliced olive and the one cut up slice of tomato. For $20. Two little packets of salt for our table of 4. Waitress came back once to leave the $100+ check. Never gave us water refills or ask if we wanted dessert. My meal was served 5 minutes after my three guests received and were eating their meals. Burgers are dry. Salmon decent. I was totally embarrassed in front of my guests. This place is a joke of a restaurant.

This restaurant is located inside the hotel, Holiday Inn (inside the no pet-friendly building). Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was good. Since the town is located in the Navajo reservation, alcohol is not served.

A solid 3 star. I saw some reviews that were not so good but can say we ate here 4 times without any complaints. Portions were generous with price’s reasonable Limited hours however. 630am-930am and 500pm-800pm.

Service was good. Food was something I could have made better at home. My 4 year old needed to use the restroom but they were backed up with feces the floors were wet, it was a mess. Both restrooms were unkept. Food is over priced, you’re better off getting food from a road side vendor.

Ordered BBQ hamburger! I substituted the french frys for fresh vegetables. Hamburgers were horrible. Fresh vegetables were boiled mushy and also horrible. Way overpriced as well.

Garcia’s is located inside the Holiday Inn lobby. One of the very few restaurants in the Chinle area. They aren’t open that late, they close around 8p.

There's not many choices to eat, if you find yourself in Chinle, AZ. One of the few is this eater in the lobby and gift shop of the Holiday Inn.

Wait staff is pleasant and the prices were OK.
