Before purchasing a puppy from Howard's recent Bandit x Tyarda breeding, I went to check out the club for training.

They do so much more than just protection work. They have taught me some new training methods that I had never been taught before. I myself am not new to training dogs. I have trained 2 service dogs for myself and another one for someone else. My dad ran a kennel and trained dogs long long ago.

Because of their knowledge and experience they were able to help me correct some of my Male GSDs behaviors. I have been to numerous training clubs for protection and obedience and out of my list of too suggested lists, Delmarva is in my top 2 list.

They don't shock their dogs or beat them, they don't yank the dogs on prong collars as I have seen many many times with other venues.

Flat collars, harnesses, patience, and building their dog's confidence is the Delmarva and Gaines Farm and Kennel way!

The puppy I just got from this litter is AMAZING! He is the 6th GSD I have ever owned and by far one of my best! He is very intelligent and I believe he is a perfect 50/50 split of his parents. He is calm and loving, he gets that from his dad. But he has a very strong drive which comes from mom. He already has a strong willingness to bite.

For an 8 week old puppy he is by far one of the smartest I have seen. At 7 weeks he mastered going up and down a flight of steps. Something my daughter's 5month old min pin still struggles with. He has learned the air command, the lay down command, he understands the NO command and that's just the start. Most people can't get that from their dogs until they are 5 or 6 months old!

I got a good healthy puppy that already shines like a star! He is a promising puppy for my family as both a protection dog and a family companion. He already had one ear mostly all the way up when I picked him up. Usually their ears don't start to stand until at least 8 weeks.

I would have to blame good genetics and good stock for all this amazingness in one puppy!

Thank you guys for my Gaines Farm Carbon aka Raptor! Can't wait to start training him with you guys too! That hour and a half drive one way is totally worth it when I know my puppy and I are training with good, knowledgeable and experienced people!

Oh and he also comes HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended from vet offices!

The vets were pointing me to him when I said I was getting a new GSD puppy. They said he is one of the best to go to because he has such good dogs!
