To start with the good: Fresno Bark had the mulch I needed at the best price of everywhere I looked. I placed my order online and received a message to set up delivery within the hour. The next day, my mulch was dropped off exactly where I wanted. I was very happy with the quick service and the mulch looked great at first glance.

The bad: I began working with the mulch and noticed some little pieces of trash. I was a little annoyed, as I now needed to sift through the mulch for trash as I spread it around the yard. Then I discovered a shredded piece of a Pepsi can, extremely sharp and dirty. Of course, I had work gloves on which prevented any cuts. But now I am extremely paranoid that any dangerous pieces of trash I missed are still lurking in my yard, waiting to be stepped on or eaten by one of our three dogs.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I feel like I should warn others about the sharp trash I found in my mulch. I would have happily paid more elsewhere for mulch that wasn’t littered with garbage, and I’m sure others would as well. The picture I’ve included is just what from what I spread this morning, maybe 1/2 a cubic yd worth.

I was able to set up a delivery with kevin he came out backed his truck and trailer right where i needed it. He has a hydraulic trailer so the delivery was under 10 minutes and i am very happy. I ordered 10 yards of cedar mulch and it looks and smells great!

Loved the customer service that Kevin gave us! We phoned him at 6:40 in the morning and got a friendly answer. He had what we wanted delivered by 1 o' clock in the afternoon that same day. Very easy to do business with! I had a tough delivery spot that I wanted my load dumped in. I marked it off with some masking tape and went to work. When I came home it was PRECISELY where I wanted it--yay! I recommend Fresno Bark. If I need more of the products they sell, I'll definitely be calling them.

Fresno Bark, and specifically Kevin, has been fantastic to work with. We were silly and decided to xeriscape our corner lot. There was a LOT of ground to cover - more than we knew. Kevin worked with us to make sure we got the right color and type of bark that we wanted, as well as the right amount. Upon delivery, he was kind enough to offload the bark exactly where we requested. His prices are terrific, and the quotes he gives on the website (fresnobark.com) are exactly what you pay. Can't recommend him enough! We've now used Fresno Bark for two jobs, and the experience has been great both times.

Purchased playground chips from Kevin and all I have to say is that he has great customer service. Super friendly and outgoing. Was straight to the point and on top of all of that, he delivers local for free! Definitely a plus. Saved us some money. Will definitely order from him again. Thank you Kevin!
