I want to be very honest. I do think their service itself is great. However, I do not appreciate the extra charges. The unclear communication between what is going to covered and not covered. What was initially agreed in my case was not carried through. Again, they do a great job when they are here. No issues, clean work.

When I moved into my new house a friend of mine gave me the contact number to this company. On day one I was very surprised with how friendly and how well of a job that was done. I have had service with other lawn companies and this by far is the best. Great price and excellent customer service, if you know me you know I tell facts. I returned to work to find the lawn guys there and they were blowing the leaves away in the parking lot and when I approached my car to find that they had blown grass, leaves and small rocks all over my car….(clean white mustang)
I brought it to the attention of one of the guys and got the Company information.
Would they blow grass and rocks on someone’s new BMW OR BENTLEY…?

I have had six landscapers on this property over the last 10 years and Fresnel is the best by far. Not only are they reliable and on time, they clean my pool!. Who does that? They also blow the leaves from my kids' trampoline. No other landscaper ever did that. They spend more time per visit than the other landscapers, and they charge less. I am keeping them as long as I can and would 100% recommend them as the landscaper for your property. Don't go with some high priced Delray Beach landscaper who doesn't care about you. Fresnel will do a fantastic job.
