Our landlord hired this company so I don't have direct contact but they service our home. At first the service wasn't terrible, coming every 2 weeks when it was dry. Come summer and rainy season the grass started growing like crazy. At this point they are coming every 3 weeks which is way too long between cuts in the summer. Recieved an HOA complaint which was not shocking considering the grass was over a foot tall by this point. We requested that they come every week, they said they could come every 10 days. Well...since that conversation, they still did not come for 3 weeks. Not very good service in my personal opinion.

Editing to add since it won't let me reply: landlord said she spoke to you on July 18 and stated she would pay for every 10 days (still not soon enough). After that conversation it took another 3 weeks for your company to come back again. I have a screenshot where you stated you mowed on Aug 2 which I know for fact is not true because I work from home and my window is always open and faces the road so I know when it's done. There have been 3 separate occasions where is taken 3 weeks in between. Maybe you are confusing our home with another in the neighborhood. I'm hoping that's the reason at this point. Just please make it right

Had some mis-communication with Franco’s that resulted in me receiving worse service than expected. Mainly frequency was too low and there were always tall weeds resulting in HOA complaints. Also agreed to remove leaves from back yard but never did. I finally cancelled service and asked for a final invoice. After discussing with the owner, he took full ownership of the issues and did not charge me at all for the service. Without this step, this review would not been a good one, but owning up to mistakes is what separates good businesses from bad businesses and men from boys. They did the right thing even after I insisted on paying for the work they did do. Do not hesitate to use these guys. They do good work, and when they make mistakes (who doesn’t?) they OWN IT.

Unreliable service. Doesn't show or communicate if they're even going to show. No replies after quite a few messages asking about a service day. Definitely don't recommend if you're looking for a regular service crew.
