Frame's employees regularly ran over & crushed solar lights in my yard while mowing next door. This occurred on a weekly basis. When this was brought to Frame's attention - he paid for replacements. The next week - and every week following - the destruction resumed.

Frame’s lied to me and were very unprofessional and did not show up for the work I hired them for. I had a heart attack 3 weeks previously so was unable to perform the work myself, so I was looking forward to working with Andy and his team after two separate individuals recommended him. I called him and setup service for a month later. Never received any confirmation but figured I’d be okay based on the recommendations. The day came and he never showed up, also didn’t respond to my calls, texts, or messages for over 5 hours. When we did finally talk he promised he would be there the next day at 8:30…he never showed up and again didn’t respond in any way. Never heard from him again. Went to his business, could hear music playing but no one ever came to greet me. I would avoid this business based on him lying to me twice and being completely unprofessional and unethical. If he couldn’t perform the services I hired him for and had just let me know I would not be writing this, but ignoring all my numerous calls, texts and emails over two business days was cowardly in my opinion. I prefer to work with local small businesses, just not this one.

We had Andy come and give a quote on a service that ended up being something we chose not to do, but since he impressed us with his professionalism, decided to contact him again when we needed several tree stumps ground down. He was out within a day to give the quote, which we accepted. He contacted us to schedule the service (which ended up being even sooner than promised) and the work, as well as overall value, exceeded our expectations.

Without hesitation, I would recommend Frame's to my friends and neighbors and am certain he will be our go-to for any future needs we may have in the areas of lawn maintenence, snow removal, pest control, or any of the services they provide.
