Ordered a very last minute arrangement for a friend and didn’t know what to expect because I haven’t had good experiences with ordering arrangements from other florists. Got a call from flower and more because they didn’t have all the flowers necessary for my arrangement but I gave them the green light to do what was best. Let’s just say wow I was very impressed with the quality of the arrangement and how fast it was delivered. It took them about an hour to deliver my order which I thought was amazing. Can’t thank them enough for the beautiful arrangement. Will definitely be ordering from them again

I called this morning to order a Premium fruit basket for the staff at ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital for saving my French bulldogs life. I ordered over the phone and the young lady who helped me was very helpful. I was very surprised when I actually received a photo when the basket was delivered, with details about the delivery, including driver’s name and number. And, delivery was faster than expected! The basket in the photo looked like it was full of lots of fresh fruit. I can’t wait to hear what the folks there have to say about it. I will certainly order flowers and fruit from Flowers & More again! Thank you Saul for a speedy and safe delivery!

I called to order a flower basket yesterday and they were super helpful! They even checked with me to see if I was okay with the delivery being today instead of yesterday since they ordered fresh flowers and would use those instead. I thought that was so kind and thoughtful for them to care and ask! The flowers were delivered perfect and they looked beautiful! (And the same basket I got from them was about $10 cheaper than at another florist I looked at) highly recommend!

Ordered a PREMIUM bouquet for my mother for Mother’s Day. It was delivered and missing 4 of the style flowers. They replaced all of them with 2 kinds. There were supposed to be 5/6 different types. To just be 2 with a bunch of leaves. I called and they confirmed they didn’t put majority of what was supposed to be in there. They offered to pick up the old ones and give new ones (yellow and white DESIGNER CHOICE, again— not even what I ordered would be delivered) when they should have just delivered new ones without worrying so much about the few flowers they already delivered. I’ll never order from here again. Too unreliable and customer service was bad. The lady had attitude and seemed inconvenienced by their mistake.

No words can express my thanks for the amazingly beautiful arrangement for my mother’s celebration of life. I thought I had my vision of what I wanted, but again, Nery’s suggestion and then execution was so much more than I could ever imagine. I already knew this after watching her in action, after having the pleasure of working with her. The love and talent she makes sure are in each bouquet and arrangement, still has me highly recommending Flowers and More anytime someone asks.

Flowers & More did a wonderful job on our arrangements. They are very professional! They went above and beyond for the delivery and presentation. My arrangement looked just like the photo and my mothers arrangement, just how they described. The funeral home refused our arrangements, after we agreed to have them delivered a day before the funeral service. However, Flowers & More captured all of the location details and made sure they were delivered to the church before the service started, by leaving early and waiting for the church to open. They also took photos of the arrangements, sent the photos to me because we live in a different state and confirmed the delivery via e-mail. Please choose this florist, you won't be disappointed!
