Great place to go go for your planting needs and also a great owner. They have palms everywhere and they all look nice and healthy. It was my first time buying from here but it definitely won’t be the last! I recommend them to anyone needing a great plant for a landscape. The parking is also spacious enough for my lifted truck to navigate easily.

I tried numerous times to find or resolve an issue with my purchased. I called and young lady had me email the problem along with pictures of the palm tree. I gave more than ample time to get a response and nothing. I called back but the owner wasn't there. I called one more time and still got nothing. These are not cheap palm trees. I am discourage by the lack of communication. Did nothing to help me instead the longer it gets unsolved I know for a fact I'm going to get the policy lecture. The sad part is he just lost business with my boss company since he has a few homes that would have needed palm trees for landscaping.
You could have easily given me solution for the palm tree dying.
I will not do future business personally or commercially

Our Queen palm is planted with Florida Plant and Tree doing the work, thank you.

The owner steered us to the queen palm due to our home location tends to get a bit colder than other areas north of Orlando.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Contacted the owner numerous times (have all the texts and dates on my phone to prove it ) to get a large Royal Palm or 2. He told me every time he would send a photo the next day of them and NEVER did . The OWNER can careless about his customers ! I was ignored constantly and all I wanted was a palm tree or 2 and I was willing to spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars for them . WORST customer service I ever had. Obviously the owners priorities are NOT the customers ! Again , DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

We just used Florida Plant and Tree to replace a palm tree that died. The office staff were great so was the owner Enrique who helped us with the delivery and install quote. The install team were punctual, professional, and nice. They removed the old and planted the new taking extra care to make sure the new tree was perfect. The tree looks fantastic, is super healthy, and exactly what we were looking for. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

We had a great experience with this company. We needed a new palm tree for our front yard and our old stump removed. We swung by one day after the beach and Enrique rode us around and showed us all the trees. We made a decision right then on a beautiful Foxtail and he had us tag it with her last name on it. The next week his workers came out to Sanford and pulled our stump and placed the new tree. It’s absolutely gorgeous. His staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable on how to care for the new tree snd all of our others. They were very careful with all my other plants around the area making sure not to step on them during the process. I would recommend this company for sure!
