I placed an order with Florida Aquascaping, and the experience was disappointing. Orders take at least two weeks to fulfill. Customer service is quick but unhelpful, with only one short email reply per day—taking two days for a simple answer. Shannon De Lima refuses to refund me $37.98 for plants they never sent. The plant quality is acceptable, not great. If you value your time and money (I spent $114+), take your business elsewhere. P.S. The spiderwood was of nice quality.

The seller offered priority mail shipping for an extra $10, otherwise they said they wouldn't cover the plants. USPS took over 4 days to deliver. Multiple emails back and forth with the seller and basically received a 'sorry for your loss' email. Order online at your own risk. I placed an order with aquarium co-op. Will not make the mistake of ordering from here again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY – DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES

This company operates dishonestly and engages in what appears to be fraudulent business practices. I placed an order over a week ago for an item they claimed was in stock, yet they never shipped it. Instead, they created a shipping label to make it seem like the order was being processed, only to later admit that they never received their supposed restock.

This raises serious concerns about their operations. Are they misleading customers about inventory? Are they merely acting as a third-party drop shipper rather than growing and quarantining their own plants? If so, they have no control over product quality, potential pests, or contamination risks—posing a major threat to customers’ tanks.

Not only have they failed to deliver the product, but they have refused to issue a refund, which is outright theft. Their deceptive practices may even violate consumer protection laws. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase to think twice before dealing with this company.

I will be filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Better Business Bureau (BBB), and my state’s Attorney General. If my refund is not issued immediately, I will also dispute the charge with my bank and escalate this matter further.

If you’ve had a similar experience, I encourage you to report them as well. Businesses like this should not be allowed to continue operating.

I have received some gorgeous healthy underwater plants, twice from this wonderful little business. They are out of this world gorgeous for my 90 gallon acquarium. They ship out the same day most times and it arrives safely packed so well with care. I can't thank you enough, for getting the to me so fast before my fish got here. It is above and beyond, they go to get you healthy gorgeous plants. I will always buy my plants from here. I'd never trust them with anyone else. Thank you for exceptionally beautiful plants. Your handiwork is amazing!

I order the friday before new years, and received my order exactly today. Exactly one week. The plants I got were in great condition. They all had intact roots, and no melting. The owner also included two additional cuttings. I also appreciated how they were not in pots with that stubborn cotton material. I highly recommend if your looking for aquarium plants!
