I live in Bridgewalk community, our HOA uses Flora Lawn. Theres lot of issues in the community regarding their service. My grass is FULL of Weed. They dont care and our community landscaping looks terrible. If I can I would give 0 stars. STAY AWAY !!!!!from Flora Lawn. Dont waste your money.

Completely unprofessional and dishonest company. Rammed my AC unit and shifted the small foundation that it sit on behind my house as they were cutting the grass of HOA property guy shows up after complaint and denies any fault even though the grass still had tire marks of the big mower not to mention before he rang the door bell he decided to shift the AC unit back. We asked them to pay for at least an inspection and nothing but silence! It’s been weeks !!!

ONCE AGAIN YOUR LAWN TECHNICIAN DECIDED TO CUT THROUGH MY LAWN AND THIS TIME MY WIFE STOPS HIM AND HE COMPLETELY IGNORES MY WIFE THROWS HIS HAND UP LIKE ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM AND CONTINUES THROUGH MY LAWN, KICKING UP DIRT AND GRASS AND SPRAYING IT ALL AT MY WIFE WHICH WAS ONLY INCHES AWAY… THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE… if I could give you negative stars I would … attached is also the picture of the lawn technician. I called and still waiting on a manager to get back to me

The lawn care workers are great but the management not so much. Requested a price to just mow my small Cottage Fenced In Back Yard but in order to do that Flora Lawn Mangement is insisting that I agreed to 6 yearly lawn treatments. Treatments would be $35 each and mowing $35 for 42 mows. Basically I was told take it or leave it. Why should I pay for a service I don't want. Sad!

We have a large hill in our front yard that was badly damaged by the lawn service prior to Flora Lawn. Luis Vega Flora Lawn account manager has worked tirelessly since they took over servicing our neighborhood to restore our front lawn hill area and has been so successful that we now get complements on it. Anderson and Hector who work directly with the mowing crew have brought consistency to how that area needs to be maintained on a regular basis. All three of these Flora Lawn members deserve credit for turning a terrible situation into a win win for all involved. Please be sure they get the recognition they deserve.

Mowing our grass during a Hurricane and distorting the grass is not a company that respects homeowners. Would they do this to their lawns? I would much rather skip a week and have high grass than have the grass torn up (we do not have children or pets to worry about high grass). When we tried to convey this message to the hard workers, they didn’t understand. I’m worried now about the 2,000 pound mowers breaking the irrigation pipes since the ground is saturated.

I am not impressed with Floralawn as a company, BUT I can heap praises for some of their staff. Luis Vaca is GREAT !!!! He responded so quickly to my request and has been a valuable asset to Floralawn. I hope they appreciate him and his ability to address issues with Floralawn's customers, He is respectful, kind and patient and makes sure the issue is resolved. That kind of dedication comes from the character of the person... Luis Vaca !

So I just want to complain about getting stuck behind the floralawn trucks driving on Deen Still road. I mean really going 10 MPH under the posted speed limit is crazy on that road. I’m all for safe driving but on that road you guys are more of a hazard to the regular drivers just trying to get home.
