Five Points is great. Been going there for five years now, and virtually every piece of furniture that I have ever purchased for actual use, or to to restore and give as a gift to family or friends, I bought there for a very reasonable bid. Their main auctioneer and the owner, Woody, is personable and his style makes the auctions fun. As with any live Auction, you should always go there one time and do not get a bidder’s card. Just watch how it works. If you’re familiar with the online term, be a lurker for one auction. You will enjoy it much more the next time you go, you’ll understand the structure and prices, you’ll understand that you need to come early to look over the stuff being auctioned, and never forget to look in the random boxes that are usually sold on Saturday nights(but occasionally on Friday nights, which are furniture nights). I have also outfitted about a third of my woodworking shop with tools that I purchased at the auction, some at prices I did not believe I would ever win, but I got lucky. At any rate if you are near St. Cloud Florida on a Friday or Saturday night and want some Auction fun, this is the place.

Love coming here, you find anything and everything. The owners are so friendly and professional. The whole staff is always available and ready to assist. It’s a great place, awesome atmosphere, the best auction in town.

Could not have had a better auction experience. Woody and his team are all very professional and great to work with. Readily available and prompt on processing and shipping. Have participated in several online auctions of theirs. Never disappointed! Wish I lived nearby to attend an in person auction!

Impressive amount of items for everyone and Eric out front told me it’s a lot of fun and entertaining to attend their auctions! What a great way to get to know your neighbors.

Today I saw collectibles, excellent quality furniture, cookware, Christmas decor, desks, a fancy grill, specialty cake pans, and more.

Eric says during auction if nobody bids on an item they put it in a box and at the end will have people bid on the box and some walk away with the box for a dollar! Fun times.

Don't be fooled by these people trashing this auction house! I've been a customer for going on 2 years now and have always been treated professionally and with the utmost kindness by the staff and owner. What I HAVE heard is a small few privileged customers treating the staff rudely and condescendingly. Give them a shot. A fun time with great customer service and awesome and unique items. My entire living and dining rooms were furnished with beautiful pieces from 5 Point Furniture and Auction at affordable prices!

This is a great place. They have a furniture auction on Friday nights, I've furnished about 80% of my house from them for less than a 10th of what it would have cost at a store. They have a Saturday auction where they sell mainly housewares and tools. It's more fun than the movies!

Don't be fooled by these people. If they offer to hold your items up front you will be REQUIRED to buy them. I specifically said I was "undecided" about my items when they offered to hold them. Once I was ready to pay, I decided I no longer wanted an item due to its price. They said "you have to buy it once it hits the counter". That was not stated when they OFFERED to hold my items. When I was told I "had to purchase my items" I simply left without buying anything. Snarky remarks were made by the staff but I figure it's a win for me, kept my money and didn't support a unethical business. Place is a joke, people are rude, and very unorganized. Prices are high and they do not negotiate. Would not recommend or shop here again.
