First Option Landscape

I went through quite a few landscape companies before I found First Option. I probably found them 10 years ago. They are reliable and they do a very good job. If I need anything extra they always respond in a timely manner to get me a bid and to do the work. Our yard is so nice thanks to them!

I called to get an estimate on replacing 9 twenty year old landscape lights & a control switch. I received a quote of $2000. I agreed and was asked to pay $1000. upfront via Zelle. After my payment I received an installation date of Friday the 6th. (no time given). I took the day off of work and waited. At 3:25 pm I received an installation text from Victoria Chavez wanting to reschedule for Monday the 9th. NO. I’m not taking another day off from work. I’m demanding my $1000. refund immediately and cancel the job. Addendum: I soon received an apology and the install was done the very next day (Saturday). I am pleased with there work in getting the job done in a timely manner.

Great thorough expedient work! JC was the 1 that came out to look @ what we wanted done specifically for our front & backyard. They trimmed our backyard exactly the way we requested and cleaned up after themselves, picking up clippings and dead leaves. We are very happy with their work.
