The staff are attentive and the plants are well taken care of. The place is so welcoming and really stunning. Really awesome selection of full sun/indirect light plants. If you want something indoor or outdoor this is your spot. They have an amazing aroid garden which they'll be opening soon HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. They have a pretty incredible selection of aroids, as the name might imply! Very well taken care of exotic selections. Reasonably priced plants that collectors die for!! This is my new go to spot I can't wait to come back!

Will never order from this place again! I ordered 2 paraiso verde during a sale they were having. Took weeks for me to receive my plants. When I got the plants one of them was the wrong kind of plant. I called and was told they would send me a shipping label to send the wrong plant back and they would send me the right kind of plant. They never sent the label. After that I wasn't able to get an answer from the company again. I then filed a dispute through PayPal. After filing the dispute I also discovered the plants both had spider mites. Luckily I never put them near any of my plants or the areas where I normally keep my plants. Weeks later they finally responded to the dispute through PayPal by saying they will refund my money if I send the plants back in the same condition in which I received them. That's kind of impossible with live plants that have spider mites. I wound up having to call paypal and get a paypal voucher for the amount of the order added to my PayPal account for the inconvenience. Customer service is horrible, and so are their spider mites! Buy elsewhere!

Love Fiore’s! I discovered this place about a year ago and I’m a collector, I’ve never gone and left empty handed - if you’re looking for something unique/rare/hard to find or just beautiful this is the place to go! Also the owner is so friendly and so are the staff! Must visit if you’re in SWFL (honestly, I’d make the drive from Miami or Tampa too!).

Terrible service..
I ordered 2 plants, I got an email saying they didn't have 1 of them so they decided to send me a cutting of another one, I called to say I wasn't interested on that so they told me to return it when arrive, so I called when arrived to get the return label, so I did, they told me to keep it and they would process my refund, 1 wk later I don't have a return, I called several times because nobody returned my calls, they said I need to send it back for them to process it. I had to call again because I didn't even have the email they said they sent. I would give it zero stars if possible. Also the cutting had the leaves damaged.
