Worked with Fickers for a while, their crew did an okay job. Late 2023 they stopped trimming our hedges then they decided to just no longer show up and service our lawn at all. Several attempts to contact the owner, Austin, were ignored. I wasn't even certain if they were still in business. He finally responded to a few text messages with something about losing employees and dropping certain properties from their route but never provided any specifics to me if they were dropping my property or what, exactly, is going on, nor any apologies for a total lack of communication or care about our property. I had to contact HIM to see what was going on, not the other way around.

When pressing him whether or not he still wanted our business he chose once again not to respond. I hope for his sake he learns how to communicate with his clients as I received ZERO communications from him in his time with us. Cannot recommend Fickers at all especially with so many lawn maintenance companies out there who are eager for new business. This guy doesn't seem to care if he loses clients nor about his reputation.
