Purchased a Pygmy palm from them and couldn’t be more happy with great service from start to finish. Staff at Nursery were very informative and extremely helpful. Bought on Tuesday and they were at my house Wednesday morning to plant. Guys planting were very professional and friendly and showed me lots of things on how to care for my tree. They cleaned up any mess they made which was very little. I will definitely be going back there for all my needs.

After failed responses from various landscapers, my husband and I decided to go through a nursery. We chose Feathercut Nursery and are thrilled with our choice. Joe and his associate visited and got an idea of who we are and what we want. Joe had a vision for our landscaping the minute he walked on our property. He truly has an artistic eye and we are in love with the finished product. His attention to detail is beyond the ordinary - even to hand placing each rock in several beds. To top it off, the price was reasonable and the landscaping easy to maintain. Feathercut, y’all are the best.

EDIT after I see their response. There was no "miscommunication." Thankfully this all was a blessing in disguise because I found an AMAZING landscaping company that came out yesterday. They will be removing all of the landscaping and mulch, replacing it all, and sodding my entire back yard. So I thank you for blowing me off. 🙂
Almost two months ago, I called to make an appointment for Feathercut to remove 99 percent of my front landscaping and mulch, and replace it all with new plants and new mulch. The person who booked the appointment knew exactly what we needed done, set the appointment for February 22nd at 9:00 a.m., and said Joey would be here. I took the morning off of work so I could be here to meet with them. Then late afternoon of the 21st Dawn called. We assumed it was to confirm the appointment, but really it was to talk us out of using their services. She asked a lot of questions, said she was trying to see what it is we wanted done. We explained it AGAIN, and she gave us the impression SHE was showing up, not Joey, and that she really didn't even want to show up. We ended up canceling the appointment later in the day because it was pretty obvious she did not want the job. I guess they are too busy, and my front and back yard must be beneath them.

1st visit to Feathercut this week; great selection of plants and trees as well as planters. I haven't made the decision if I'll use their landscaping services yet, but Dawn walked me thru the process and took time to share her craft and recommendations for my new home. I took home a beautiful Monstera plant. The kind of service you only get at a small business!

Bought a beautiful and expensive tree that they planted. Watered and fertilized as recommended. Died within 5 months and they won't replace it. Buy your trees elsewhere
